Claiming Your 10% Cashback for Shop Purchases in 2022

We will be changing the process for claiming cashback this year, to make it easier for everyone to get the cash they’ve earned from buying from the Reading Scout & Guide Shop for the past year.

Instead of sending in your receipts and receiving a cheque back, this year we will be doing everything electronically. This is how it will work:

1. The treasurer/leader of the group collects all the valid receipts together for the period 1st September 2021 to 31st July 2022 (no change in process here)

2. Scan the receipts so that all the details are visible

3. Email the scanned receipts to our new treasurer email account – [email protected], together with your group’s bank account details

4. Your cashback will be credited directly to your bank account

The deadline for the receipt of receipt scans from you will be Friday 28th October but if you’re having problems meeting that date, please get in touch and let me know.
